Once you have added, edited, or reviewed all your content for your Page, you can either submit your content for review or publishing based on your department or unit’s workflow.

User roles, responsibilities and workflows are in place to manage web content to the best of our abilities by:
- maintaining a consistent voice,
- ensuring content is error free, relevant and up-to-date,
- and maintaining accessibility for all visitors.
Authors
Writes, creates and edits content based on department/division content strategy and objectives.
Editors
Reviews and edits content from department/division authors to ensure factual accuracy, alignment with all web standards, and support of department/division content strategy and objectives. May also write, create and edit content.
Administrators
Responsible for reviewing and approving all content from authors and/or editors. May also write, create and edit content. Oversees website management, processes, procedures and functionality.
