Although we work 9 to 5, websites need to operate 24/7. You may have a big event coming up, that requires to you have a couple hands on stand by. You may have requests that come outside the normal 9 to 5, that need to be completed as soon as possible. Whatever the situation, we can help.
Non-business hour ticket fielding is offered to clients that sign up for a support subscription. All other clients will receive our Support Specialists' and App Devs' "best effort" for resolution and remediation during non-business hours. Meaning, if we can hit it, we will, but there is no expectation of availability for those that do not sign up for non-business hours support service.
By agreeing to thunder::tech’s after hours support retainer, you are given access to thunder::tech’s support team from 7am to 10pm on weekdays, weekends, and holidays.
