By agreeing to thunder::tech’s monthly support retainer, you are given access to thunder::tech’s support team. Support requests and needs will be prioritized before one-off and time and material requests, resulting in faster response times. Your time is reserved in advanced with our team, thus allowing for faster response to your requests.
The minimum starting retainer includes 5 hours per month. This retainer also includes a discounted hourly rate from our unplanned time and material support option. Hours are only used when tracked per requests from our clients.
Tailored monthly support options can be created on an as-needed basis.
