Support requests and needs will be prioritized at the top of the list, resulting in the fastest response available. Your time is reserved in advanced with our team, thus allowing for faster response to your requests (typical response time is 4 business hours).
The recommended starting retainer includes 5 hours per month. This retainer also includes a discounted hourly rate from our time and material support option. Monthly retainer hours rollover from month to month. You do not lose hours. Hours are only used when tracked per requests from our clients.
