What items are covered under the 30 day support guarantee?

thunder::tech's 30 day support guarantee is a warranty of sorts that promises that we will go in, at no cost to our clients, within 30 days of releasing the application and fix any features or scope that does not work as initially planned.

If the fixes or requests are not related to any scoped features, then it we will provide a cost estimate to execute the request.

This 30 day windows establishes motivation for our clients to adopt the new features and applications we build and tailor for them while also giving them enough time to thoroughly determine if all is well and functioning as it should.
